GOLF BREAKS / HOLIDAYS / TOURS T&C'S
Confirmation of Booking
To confirm a booking unless specified otherwise the following deposits are required per person;(i) £40pp for UK Breaks(ii) £75pp for European Breaks & Holidays not involving flights(iii) £250pp for European Breaks & Holidays involving flights(iv) £500pp for the Rest of the WorldOn occasions where the outlay exceeds the stated deposit amounts then DMC Golf reserves the right to amend the amount of deposit required.
Balances
Payment of the outstanding balance must be received no later than 1 calendar month prior to the event for UK Breaks and 2 calendar months for Overseas Destinations. If the balance is not fully pre-paid by the due date then DMC Golf reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain your deposit.
Cancellations
If the purchaser cancels a booking then the following conditions shall apply:
(i) If a booking is cancelled after the deposit has been made but prior to the final balance being due then DMC Golf will retain the deposit. (ii) If a booking is cancelled after the final balance is due will result in the forfeiture by the person(s) cancelling of all monies paid or due at that time. (iii) All cancellations must be received in writing by DMC Golf.
Changes in Numbers
In the event of the Purchaser wishing to change the number of places reserved then the following conditions shall apply:
(i) If the purchaser wishes to increase the number of places then, subject to availability, DMC Golf shall make such places available and the Purchaser shall be charged accordingly. (ii) In the event of any other amendments, you must pay in addition all costs incurred by us in making the amendment together with any costs or charges incurred or imposed by any of the hotel or suppliers concerned. In particular, if numbers change so that there is an odd number remaining in the party, single room supplements will apply. (iii) If the Purchaser wishes to reduce the number of places reserved and notice of the changes is received by DMC Golf after the deposit has been paid but before the final balance is due then no additional fees will be due in addition to the forfeiture of the deposit. (iv) If the Purchaser wishes to reduce the number of places reserved and notice of the changes is received by DMC Golf after the deposit and final balance is due or has been paid then all payments will be forfeited. (v) All changes in numbers must be received in writing by DMC Golf.
GOLF EVENTS T&C'S
Confirmation of Booking
To confirm a booking a completed signed booking form is required accompanied with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Upon receipt of which a contract will be deemed to exist between DMC Golf and the purchaser making the booking.
Balances
Full payment accompanied with confirmation of final numbers must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. If the event is not fully pre-paid by the due date then DMC Golf reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain your deposit.
Cancellations
If the purchaser cancels a booking then the following conditions shall apply:
(i) If a booking is cancelled by the purchaser 6 months or more prior to the commencement date of the event the purchaser will not be charged any amounts additional to the deposit. (ii) If a booking is cancelled less than 6 months but more than 4 months prior to the commencement date of the event the purchaser shall be charged and invoiced 50% of the estimated value of the booking. (iii) If a booking is cancelled less than 4 months but more than 2 months prior to the commencement date of the event the purchaser shall be charged and invoiced 75% of the estimated value of the booking. (iv) If a booking is cancelled less than 2 months prior to the commencement date of the event the purchaser shall be charged and invoiced 100% of the estimated value of the booking. (v) All cancellations must be received in writing by DMC Golf.

(iii) if notice of a reduction in the number of places is received by DMC Golf less than 2 months but more than 1 month before the commencement date of the event then the Purchaser shall be charged 75% of the estimated value of the place(s) cancelled. (iv) if notice of a reduction in the number of places is received by DMC Golf less than 1 month before the commencement date of the event then the Purchaser shall be charged 100% of the estimated value of the place(s) cancelled. (v) All changes in numbers must be received in writing by DMC Golf.
GENERAL T&C'S
Methods of Payment
Payments can be made by BAC's/Internet Banking, credit or debit card. Permitted cards are Visa, Master Card, Switch, Solo and Electron. Payment made by Credit Card will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge. Payment made by Debit Card will be subject to a £1 surcharge.
Liability
Neither DMC Golf or its servants shall be held responsible for any claims for loss or damage to property sustained by those visiting the premises of the proposed event. When you book with us, you additionally accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Every effort will be made by DMC Golf to deliver a successful break but we cannot accept any liability if any of the following adversely affects your booking: war or threat of, riot, terrorist activity, industrial actions, fire, natural or nuclear disasters or adverse weather conditions.
Cancellation by the Company
DMC Golf reserves the right to cancel the booking on immediate notice if the holding of the booking is prevented by reasons beyond its control. In the result that DMC Golf cancels the booking any monies paid on deposit will be reimbursed but DMC Golf shall not be liable for any other matters whatsoever.
Weather
No reductions or reimbursements shall apply if the weather affects the booking in any way whatsoever.
Complaint Procedure
If you wish to complain about any aspects of your dealing with DMC Golf then the complaint must be made in writing and forwarded onto us within 14 days of the completion of the event.
Accuracy
All information displayed on our website and other company literature is to the best of our knowledge and belief correct at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to make changes to information contained within our literature.
Amendments
DMC Golf will always endeavour to deliver the booking as per the exact Booking Agreement. However on occasions this may not always be possible due to events out of its control such as the venue changing certain elements of the booking such as Function Room, Tee Times or Courses becoming unavailable due to maintenance work etc. When this does occur DMC Golf will contact you to inform you at their earliest opportunity. Due to any changes being out of DMC Golf's control they can not be held liable whatsoever.
ATOL Licence
Your Financial Protection - When you buy an ATOL protected air holiday package you will receive a Confirmation Invoice from us confirming your arrangements and your protection under our Air Travel Organiser's Licence number 9660. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. For further information visit the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk The price of our air holiday packages includes the amount of £2.50 per person as part of the ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) we pay to the CAA. This charge is included in our advertised prices. Not all holiday or travel services offered and sold by us will be protected by the ATOL Scheme. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking.
