How do I make a booking?
It's easy - just give us a call on 0844 8731823.

What does pp refer to?
All package prices are followed by pp which is the price of the package per person.

What accommodation basis are the package prices based on?
All packages with accommodation are quoted on a twin/double occupancy basis. If single occupancy is required a single supplement will be applicable.

Is vat included?
Unless stated otherwise all package prices are inclusive of taxes and vat where applicable.

Do you book flights? 
At DMC Golf we offer a flight sourcing service where we secure the most competitive flight and travel options for your trip. 

Do you organise Car Hire?
Due to our trading relationships with the leading car rental companies in Europe we are able to secure your car hire requirements at the most competitive rates.

What information will I receive to confirm my booking? 
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive a comprehensive Booking Agreement which will include all the relevant itinerary details for your trip including tee times, accommodation arrangements plus any other requests. For golf trips abroad you will receive green fee vouchers to be presented at the respective golf clubs. 7 days prior to your departure date you will receive a final confirmation email with all the above confirmation details.

Do I need to take my own golf clubs?
It is entirely up to you. Most resorts now stock golf clubs which are available to hire. If you prefer you are able to take your own golf clubs with you. Most airline carriers now charge a golf club carriage fee which is normally payable direct to the airline carrier at the airport.

Is there a dress code?
Most golf clubs stipulate a particular dress code on the course. In the main this consists of trousers or tailored shorts and shirts/polo shirts with a collar. Some venues also request a certain dress code off the course. The dress code will be outlined in your booking agreement.

Are Handicap Certificates required?
You are advised to always travel with your handicap certificate to avoid any problems. We will outline in the booking agreement the handicap certificate policy of the respective golf clubs you are visiting during your trip.

Do I require Travel Insurance?
You are advised to always have up to date and valid travel insurance whether you are travelling within the UK or abroad.
