Pre Golf Event Management
We are able to provide advice on all aspects of your Corporate Golf Day including Golf Venue Selection, Golf Day Format, Golf Competition Format and Food and Beverage Requirements.

Event Management Services

Registration
At registration all guests will be signed in and presented with their personalised scorecards. The day's proceedings will be explained covering all areas including the competition format and timings etc, which are also outlined on a Plasma Screen.

Competition Management & Scoring 
Any additional competitions will be finalised and organised (Nearest the Pin/ Longest Drive/ Beat the Pro etc). Upon completion of their round your guests will be met by a DMC Golf Representative where their scorecards will be collected. A final list of scores will be produced with the prize winners highlighted (e.g. 1st/2nd/3rd/NP/LD).

Prize Table 
A member of the Event Team will organise the prize table displaying all the prizes along with any other ancillary equipment that is required (e.g. microphone etc.)

Contact 
The DMC Golf Event Management Team will be the main point of contact for the duration of the day ensuring all areas of the event run smoothly (e.g. food & beverage timings, tee-times etc.)
